Added the marketing images for no advertising and TV.

There was a big bug that broke the updating of the casino simulation. This has now been fixed.

All mission screens now show the correct rewards.

The morale screen now shows 'pitboss' instead of 'guard.'

After this version, the game should load up much more quickly on subsequent loads, without the need to clear your browser cache manually.

Clicking near the quick chat input box no longer opens it accidentally.

Fix another big bug with tycoon metrics.

Completely revamped casino manage menu. You can now more easily manage your employees and can also set their wages.

More visual tweaks to the mission windows. Icons are now displayed for the rewards and you can now see the experience you will earn.
