Tweak the positions of all slot machines and a few other casino items to make them appear in the location that you would expect (generally speaking, up against the side so you can better line them up against walls, each other, etc).

Fix bug that sometimes caused failure of a chip race mission when it should have succeeded.

Add loading icon to transition screens when going in and out of buildings, etc.

An issue that caused rapid flashing of the screen when rapidly moving your mouse over slot machines has now been fixed.
