Fix several bugs with the new missions.

Busting on the first set of a split no longer prevents you from hitting on the 2nd.

Tweak the requirements of some of the new missions.

Fixes issue that was causing mission counts on the leaderboards to get off for some players (this will be fully updated within an hour or so of this posting).
